Description
This is a SMALL PRIVATE STUDIO perfect for 2 people with everything you will need for your stay. We call it “Coconut Cottage!”
It has no separate bedrooms and it is the size of a common hotel room.
It can accommodate 2 additional guests, mainly small children, but it will be tight and they would sleep on an air mattress.
Includes:
A Double bed with two night tables (an extra air mattress is available, as well as playpen for a child).
A small kitchenette stocked with plates, glassware, utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee machine & fridge.
A small dinning table with 2 chairs
TV with Netflix
Extra bath towels, extra toiletries
2 beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler to enjoy on the beach
Paid laundry on-site
Free parking in front of the building and in the surrounding area. There is a paid parking lot 3 blocks away.
Please do your best to keep beach sand out of unit
No smoking allowed in unit
Please put your trash outside in the blue bins by the gate upon vacating.
