Our charming home is perfect for a Miami getaway weekend or extended stay.

No Parties- Any additional guest after the 5th will incur a $45 charge per person per night from the arrival date.
The house features an attached In-laws Guest house with a full kitchen and private bathroom.
The two patio spaces: Indoor patio has a 32-inch smart TV.
We offer Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO MAX, & Xfinity TV.
Games such as Jenga, Connect 4, Pool Table, Ping Pong Table (can be converted to a pool table), and Checkers, among a few others. The covered patio is not airconditioned as it’s an outdoor space. The patio does offer a ceiling fan and a movable floor fan.
The uncovered patio space has a table for 6 with an umbrella. Perfect to enjoy the Miami Sun.
We do not charge a pet fee; however, all pets must be registered and pre-approved by the host. If a pet is not registered, a $100 fee will apply.

50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier. 0% refundable if canceled after.
A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is due 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure
If an unauthorized party is done, we will access an additional deep cleaning fee of $350
Only those registered guests are to spend the night.

Do not remove or deactivate any of the smoke detectors as they are connected to our security system. If you smoke in the house a smoking fee of $300 will be accessed. There is plenty of space outside that you may use to smoke.
The patio grill is complimentary to us. The grill must be cleaned after every use and left clean prior to departure. A $100 cleaning fee will be accessed if not cleaned.
Do not sit on top of the Ping-Pong or Pool table or any other furniture not made for sitting or laying on.
-Only flush toilet paper. If other items are flush you risk clogging our pipes.
-If you need a late check-out, please let us know ahead of time as we have a fast turnaround and we must properly organize. A late departure fee may be accessed depending on your departure time.
-You may park your car inside the gate and utilize the remote control. Once we provide you with the remote, it is your responsibility to return it to us. If lost or damaged a fee will be accessed.
-All garbage must be taken to the appropriate disposal bin behind the house.
